These brownie pops are adorable, taste fab, and are really really easy to whip up. And they'll be perfect for any summer party whether it's a birthday, bbq, or just a day at home!
This is what you'll need:
- 1 pkg. Fudge Brownies, prepared
- Wilton Chocolate Melting Discs, White
- Wilton Chocolate Melting Discs, Pink
- Wilton Chocolate Melting Discs, Brown
- Popsicle Sticks
- Jimmies or Sprinkles
Make some fudge brownies according to the package directions and let them completely cool. Cut out six popsicle shaped brownies. I made mine about 3 inches long and rounded the top edges. Whatever brownie pieces are cut off or left over are yours for the eating!
Melt each chocolate color in the microwave by heating each for 30 seconds at a time, and stir after each time until chocolate is completely melted. Dip brownies in the pink, white or milk chocolate, leaving the bottom of the brownie uncovered.
Sprinkle the jimmies or sprinkles on each popsicle while the chocolate is still wet, and let them set until it has cooled and hardened. Then you can gently push a popsicle stick into each brownie at the bottom end that you left with no chocolate.
The last step in making brownie pops is crucial - ENJOY. Because they are yum. And so cute. And they'll impress small children and grown up sized people, which is just an added perk!
