Do you give out teacher and neighbor treats every holiday season? This year I feel like we have amassed quite a few people to give said treats, so I needed something quick and easy to put together. And here it is - Orange Cranberry Pancake mix with printable tags!
Admittedly I had AI help me with this recipe, but unlike my Risky Recipe cookbooks, I actually tested this one! I even tested two versions, made my family eat them, and settled on the best tasting one. And they are quite scrumptious!
This recipe will fit in a pint size mason jar, which is the Goldilocks sized neighbor/teacher gift in my opinion - not too big, not too small!
DRY MIX RECIPE:1 c flour1/2 c quick oats 1/4 c dried cranberries 1/8 c granulated sugar 1 TBSP baking powder 1/4 TSP salt 1 TBSP orange zest Orange extract (optional, and to taste) |
If you're using fresh orange zest, pop it in a warm oven or dehydrator for a few minutes to dry it out a bit. This will increase the shelf life of your mix. Also make sure you're using an air-tight container (you don't HAVE to use a mason jar, just make sure it seals tightly). |
You can use our free printable tags to attach to your mix. They say "Warm Wishes and Pancake Mixes!" on the front with a space to write who the gift is from. On the back is all the instructions needed to complete the pancakes.

WET INGREDIENTS:2 eggs3/4 c milk 2 TBSP melted butter |
Mix the dry and wet ingredients together. Cook on a preheated griddle set to medium heat. Serve warm with butter, jam, jelly, or syrup! |
