Letters Words and Sentences Writing Practice

Melissa Bastow

letters words and sentences writing practice

Build upon writing skills with this worksheet that focuses on the difference between letters, words, and sentences.  First they start out writing nine letters that they know, and then using some of those letters they can write six words, then using those words they can write two sentences.  This is something that might need to be done together, but it really shows the difference between letters, words, and sentences when you see them all next to each other like this!  And something they won't need help with is coloring the fun pictures on the side once they're all done writing!

To use this free writing practice worksheet just right click on the image below and select print or save from the menu that pops up.  You can print as many as you need for your classroom, homework, or homeschool.  But please don't redistribute, sale, or give away this file.  Thanks!
