Marshmallow Peep Popcorn Balls Recipe
Share
This delicious Easter treat pairs popcorn and yummy marshmallow Peeps! They're super easy to make (a little sticky though) and make really cute party snacks, or a fun dessert. Kids and adults will love them too, because who wouldn't love gooey marshmallow popcorn made with everyone's favorite Easter candy?!
Ingredients:
- Easter Peep Bunnies (All different Colors)
- Popped Popcorn
- Butter
Place 5 peeps of the same color in a microwave safe bowl with ½ Tablespoon of butter and Heat for 30 seconds. Take it out and mix the melted mess together.
Then add the marshmallow mixture to 2 cups of popped popcorn and mix well.
Repeat the steps for each color of peep. Once all the marshmallow and popcorn is mixed, pinch a bit of each color (about 1 TBL.) and form into a ball. This part is very easy if you take a bit of butter and rub all over your hands, this will prevent the marshmallow from sticking to you too much.
This will make about 12 small popcorn balls to enjoy!
