Motivational Monday: 21 Days to Break a Habit

Can you believe that it takes 21 days to make or break a habit?  That's kind of long time when you have the attention span of a 4 year old hooked on pixie sticks.  So if I can go 21 days to break my bad habits and create some new ones, then you should have no problem with it!

Feel free to share this with anyone you know who is trying to break or make a habit, or print it out and keep it nearby to remind you to stay strong for just a few more days!
