A diamond is just a lump of coal that did well under pressure. So the next time you feel like you're being heaped with nothing but pressure and stress, just remember that you can come out of it as a diamond.....or a pile of mush. Because let's be honest, sometimes the pressure can mush us. But that doesn't mean there aren't also moments that we are that diamond - and we can always at least TRY to be the diamond, right?
