To use this free printable all you have to do is right click on the image below and select print or save from the menu that pops up. Then print the page on white cardstock and cut out the card and tag. Punch a hole in the top of the tag and string it onto a gift with ribbon or craft string. Fold the card in half and write your top secret message of undying love on the inside.
