Yummy Valentine Tic Tac Toe

Melissa Bastow

This game of Tic Tac Toe isn't just a fun Valentine activity, it's also delicious!  Using graham crackers, candy melts, and conversation hearts you can have a great time with a group of short people and then every gets a snack.  It's a double dose of Valentine party fun!

This is what you'll need:

  • Graham Crackers
  • ½ cup Pink Candy Melts/Discs
  • ½ cup White Chocolate Melts/Discs
  • Candy Conversation Hearts

Take your white chocolate candy melts and place them in a microwave safe bowl.  Microwave for 30 seconds, then stir. Continue to do this until the discs are all melted. Do the same for the pink candy discs.

Once the candy melts are thoroughly melted, scoop them each into their own sandwich size baggy.

Snip the tip in the corner of each baggy - these will be your piping bags.

Draw two vertical lines and two horizontal lines, in the shape of a tic tac toe board on each graham cracker.

Let the tic tac toe boards dry for about 5-10 minutes before you play.  You can make these ahead of time if you're planning a classroom party (or party at home).  Make sure you keep them in an airtight container once they've completely cooled and hardened.

Using 2 different colors of conversation hearts have everyone play tic tac toe with each other. Whoever gets three in a row with their color, wins!!  You can play over and over until everyone gets bored of the game (hopefully this takes longer than 5 minutes....but it probably depends on how old the kids are that you're playing with).

Once everyone is done playing, they all get to eat their conversation hearts and graham crackers!  It's my favorite part of the game!
